Yes, Rolling Stone is about as relevant to contemporary music as Bryan Adams, but it still manages to pump out some must-read articles every issue that have little to nothing to do with the things you listen to. This article on the murder of the Notorious B.I.G. is one of them.-- posted 16:05
Oh, I'm not sure who the poor soul is that found my site by searching for chicago tatoo removal on Yahoo, but I feel for ya, buddy. By the way, Tattoo is spelled with two t's. Looks like neither of us won any spelling bees.
And as for the tattoo project itself (selling advertisments on various parts of my body via eBay), well, no progess has been made beyond the general "this is either a really good or really bad idea" stage. -- posted 09:58
So... Let me see if I've got this right... You head down to Disneyworld with your camera during "Gay Days." You "infiltrate" a dance floor and tape a bunch of guys dancing with their shirts off. You do this every year. but you're not gay... Right...-- posted 09:43
The Road to Springfield is just one hell of a Web site. It works like an NCAA tourney, but it's the supporting cast of the Simpsons pitted against each other. I can't say enough good things about this site. Warning: this could potentially take you away from whatever it is you're working on for a while.-- posted 11:05
Damn, and I didn't even know there were animated versions of This Modern World... Pigdog bad-ass Mr. Bad pointed out that NBCi is going out of business. Better watch those "This Modern World" animations while you can...-- posted 10:39
I love the Beasties. Love. And I'm genuinely glad that they are political. But still it's hard to belive that the same band that wrote the lyrics "Girls - to do the dishes - Girls - to clean up my room - Girls - to do the laundry - Girls - and in the bathroom" now release statements such as this one:
In the far northern regions of Alaska, the Gwich'in people have lived harmoniously with the land for the last 20,000 years. Their culture is based around the caribou. Its the source of their food, their ceremonial clothing, and their spirit. President Bush has proposed that we allow oil companies to drill for oil in the center of their lands, a place that America protected long ago called the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The Gwich'in believe that the drilling will destroy their way of life by destroying the land on which they live. -- posted 09:36
