Belle And Sebastian Want Your Art To wit: For each of their 10 dates between Austin, Texas and Washington, D.C., B&S are giving away a pair of tickets, two pairs for the show in New York. They're asking fans to design a Belle And Sebastian record cover, using any means from cut and paste to fancy computer design programs, which will be judged, presumably, by the folks at the band's American record label, Matador. The best designer in each city will pick up the tickets and be on their way to the big show. The next album is to be a soundtrack to a Todd Solondz film.
