I am always intending to link to this, yet always forgetting. So before I forget again, be sure to check out Kenny G's (no not that one) Popular Guide to Unpopular Music. You probably won't find most of these in your local record store (unless you have a particularly sweet local record store, which many of us here in the fair City by the Bay do. So, er, disregard that.), but most all of these artists are well worth rooting out. Others remind me of the sound made when you drop a large tomcat into a washing machine. So in either case, you'll be entertained.
